I recently had the privilege of interviewing Gail Jones from Kerry's Place Autism Services on their efforts to achieve a high standard of protection. Individuals with disabilities have a 7-10% greater chance of being abused then those without disabilities.  I appreciate the priority Kerry’s Place is placing on protecting their clients.  I believe Gail’s insights will be an encouragement and inspiration to us all!

Jud Stade from Central Baptist Church

We have had the privilege of working with a number of churches. One church that we have provided consulting, training and policy writing services to is Central Baptist Church in Edmonton.  Central is a multi-staff church committed to following Jesus together. They eagerly desire to walk with their community in the journey of life and faith. Mary DeMuth author of Not Marked: Finding Hope & Healing After Sexual Abuse

Mary has just written a new book which is a truly an inspiring testimony of her own childhood abuse and ourney of healing. Not Marked will be available in January 2014 from Amazon and Winning Kids.  Over the Christmas I read an early release version of Not Marked. As many of you know the healing of child abuse is the focus of my thesis studies for my D.Min.   Mary is a hero and a role model as she bravely and candidly speaks of how abuse has impacted her own life, and her relationship with others. Her story is truly an example of a life of “beauty from ashes!”
